Enrol

To enrol in a course, please ensure you have first created an account by going to the My Account page and pressing the "Register" button. When you complete the registration form, you will be sent an email to verify that your email address is correct. You will ned to click on the link in the verification email to activate your account.

Once you have created an account and verified your email address you can enrol by clicking on the location of the course you wish to enrol in, found in the course calendar. Alternatively, click on "Enrol in a Course" on the My Account Page. Please make sure that the course code is correct for your location. The course codes can be found by clicking on the location in the calendar below.

Payments and refunds

A tax invoice will be emailed to you once you enroll in a course. Payment is due on or before the payment due date applicable to the course you enroll in.

Refunds:

• Cancel enrolment more than 7 days before commencement date – full refund.
• Cancel enrolment 7 or fewer days before commencement date – 75% refund. This is to cover administration time and the cost of preparing resources for your enrolment.
• Cancel enrolment after commencement date – no refund.
• Course cancelled by Across Culture – full refund.

Across Culture reserves the right to cancel a course.
