2 - day workshop appropriate for:

  • People who supervise/manage Indigenous staff,

This workshop focuses on supervision, support and leadership of Indigenous staff using cultural safety techniques:

  • Preparing personal development plans that reflect individual and organisational goals,
  • Monitoring and reviewing performance and development and addressing barriers,
  • Identifying and responding to cultural needs, obligations and values,
  • Communication and problem solving techniques,
  • Addressing conflict,
  • Identifying community and workplace networks to provide support and resources,
  • Reporting on effective support and outcomes.
